“Frosty Wheels” is a creative brand designed for a mobile ice cream unit that will travel to schools, events and local markets offering handmade ice cream and popsicles. The goal of the brand was to create a friendly, playful and instantly recognizable identity that would capture the attention of children and adults alike through its unique design and cheerful style.

The collaboration

The main idea behind the logo was to capture the fun and freshness associated with ice cream in a dynamic, vintage-inspired design. The typography has a retro aesthetic, with strong curves and a playful character, reminiscent of the 70s and 80s, where mobile ice cream units were a favorite memory of children.

The visual element of the logo, which combines a swirling form that refers to soft serve ice cream, enhances the sense of movement and enjoyment. The logo has been designed in such a way that it works equally well in both color and black and white applications, maintaining its dynamic in each medium.

The visual identity of “Frosty Wheels” extends to the product packaging, maintaining a coherent and recognizable branding. The packaging for the ice cream cups and cones have been designed with pastel shades that enhance the feeling of sweetness and freshness. At the same time, playful patterns and illustrations are used, creating a direct connection with the brand’s target audience.

The use of geometric patterns and retro color combinations gives a nostalgic yet modern character to the packaging, making it particularly attractive to the consumer’s eye. Design details, such as custom lettering typography and the use of playful taglines like “Cool Treats on the Move!”, enhance the brand’s uniqueness and the immediacy of its communication.

In addition to packaging, branding is also applied to promotional materials, such as information posters for van locations, advertising banners and social media visuals. All applications follow the same aesthetic, maintaining a consistent and attractive image that strengthens the audience’s connection with the brand.

“Frosty Wheels” is a project where the graphic identity does not function simply as a visual element, but as a complete brand experience that creates an unforgettable sense of fun, joy and nostalgia.
