Bruns is a modern confectionery brand with a clear identity and strong character, designed around the experience of enjoyment and the authentic feel of the cinnamon roll. The design was based on creating a brand that combines the handmade element with a premium, yet accessible aesthetic, focusing on emotion, texture and everyday enjoyment.
The logo was designed in a handwritten style, to exude warmth, immediacy and human presence. Its organic writing refers to the handmade product and comes in balance with the more clean and structured overall design. The spiral icon, inspired by the shape of the cinnamon roll, functions as a key brand element and is utilized both autonomously and as a pattern, enhancing the coherence of the identity.
The color palette moves in warm, earthy tones. Deep brown and burgundy refer to cinnamon, chocolate and freshly baked dough, while cream and beige shades work as a balancer, adding purity and light. Red strokes are used strategically for intensity and energy, creating contrast and dynamism.
Thebranding is consistently applied to packaging, patterns, photographic material and digital applications. The packaging was designed to highlight the product, with a minimal layout and a strong brand presence, while the pattern adds recognition and a playful mood. The photographic direction focuses on the consumption experience, with authentic, warm images that highlight the product without exaggeration.
Bruns’ overall style is friendly, enjoyable and modern, creating a brand that stands out, remains in the memory and is directly connected to the product experience.
